Terence Trefiak P.Eng

Mr. Trefiak is a Professional Engineer and has a B.S. in chemical engineering.  Mr. Trefiak and has over ten years of experience in working in environmental management.  He has specialized in emission reduction and energy efficiency projects and has experience in both conventional and leading edge fugitive emission technologies.

Mr. Trefiak, is the President and Operational Manager of Target Emission Services Inc.. He has a wealth of experience in the use of optical gas imaging (infrared) technology and a variety of other fugitive emission detection and measurement equipment.  He was the first person in Canada to use the Flir GasfindIR optical infrared leak detection technology in upstream oil and gas facilities and remains one of the most experienced fugitive emission management consultants in North America.  Mr. Trefiak has developed extensive Fugitive Emission Management Programs for some of the largest oil and gas companies in world.

Dan Bulat, P.Geol.

Mr. Bulat is a petroleum geologist who specializes in environmental risk management.  He has provided environmental management and risk mitigation services to the oil and gas industry and the government sector for over 18 years.

Mr. Bulat's background in the environmental services arena has assisted the design and development of TARGET’s field services , as well as in the development of strategic alliances with industry partners.  His broad experience in the environmental sector has provided TARGET with valuable short and long term product development strategies and marketing growth direction.

Ted Hart, P.Eng.

Mr. Hart is a chemical engineer with 20 years of experience in providing environmental services to the chemical manufacturing and oil and gas industries.  Through the years, Mr. Hart has worked with a broad range of both large and small oil and gas companies in the development of their GHG and CAC emission inventories.  He is intimately familiar with the calculation methodologies used for developing emission inventories, and the requirements of numerous federal and regional greenhouse gas initiatives.

Mr. Hart's in-depth knowledge in this area provided him the ability to create the technical specifications on which TARGET TRACK™ was built.  He specializes in providing assistance to existing and potential clients in the development of their emission inventories.  He also continues to provide valuable guidance in the ongoing development of TARGET TRACK™ to ensure that it continues to meet the evolving needs of our industry clients

Paulo Silva, B.Sc.

Mr. Silva is a senior software developer with extensive experience in the design, implementation, programming, and integration of databases, and has thorough knowledge of the latest internet technologies.  Mr. Silva is responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of the TARGET TRACK™ system.
